Culinary Workshop: Homestyle Baking & Bread Making

January 19 and 20—Bread Baking/Basic Home Style meal preparations and pastries. This class will teach students the basics of bread making. You will learn the art of creating bread with yeast-based recipes as well as naturally leavened sourdough bread. While the dough is rising, participants will learn the art of creating wholesome meals and pastries for the family. The class will end with a formal sit down dinner with products created in class.
Classes will begin at noon on Fridays and end Saturdays between 5 and 7 with formal supper.

Cost of each class will be $350.00, supplies, snacks, meals and go home goodies included.

Opportunities for overnight accommodations $75.00/person includes breakfast.
