Tibetan Buddhist Meditation

We meet every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. We will learn about the basics of Tibetan Buddhist Meditation and learn skills to end our suffering and achieve happiness, peace and calm.

Class will begin with a short lecture, guided meditation, followed by group discussion, and more meditation sessions. There will always be time for questions and discussion. We will learn about different forms of Buddhist meditation: Shamata (calm abiding), Vipassana, Tong Len (giving and taking), Mantra and more. Classes are FREE, however donations are welcome with a suggested donation of $8/class. No one is ever turned away due to lack of funds.

Please arrive on time – if you are a little late please enter quietly.

NOTE: Entrance and parking are on School Street. Please remove your shoes upon entering the building.
