Retreat Schedule:
Friday 7pm – 9pm Introduction to Calm Abiding meditation with instruction
Saturday 10 am – 12 pm, 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm Meditation practice
Sunday 10 am – 12 pm, 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm Meditation practice

Please provide your own lunches and if you have a special cushion, bring that also.
