In this new year, If we want to change our world, the best place to start is with ourself. Buddhist wisdom offers an insightful and practical approach to real change.

In this three class series we will learn simple and transformative meditations that guide us to expansive and beautiful states of mind. These meditations are scientific methods for improving our good qualities. As we improve ourself, our relationships with others will naturally improve and our experience of the world becomes less stressful and irritating. In this way we are better able to cope with constant busyness and daily difficulties and our life takes on great meaning.

As each class is self-contained, feel free to drop-in to any class in the series.
